Match Report
Dunottar School Girls-U15A vs  Reigate School
On: Thursday, 14 Sep 2017
Venue: at Home

The first game of the season started well, with Dunottar providing a strong first quarter. The shooters were on target, scoring 7 goals. The defenders worked hard which was evidenced by only allowing Reigate to get one in the net. However, as the match continued and the rain arrived, there were more and more unforced errors from both Dunottar and Reigate.

The game turned scrappy and passes began to go astray, with the ball moving back and forth like a game of tennis. Dunottar reacted positively to the different combinations and players stepped up to their role in varying positions. Despite this, players got tired towards the end of the game and relied heavily on overhead passes with minimal movement.

Although a positive win for the girls, there is still a lot of work to be done and looking forward to the season ahead. Special mention to Alice Welby for receiving opposition's player of the match.
